MAYACHI LTD is a consultancy company that provides an incredible ALL-IN-ONE Non-Executive Finance Director service to new start-ups and SME Recruitment Agencies in the UK.

Often, Recruitment Agencies are started by top-billing recruiters who have the knowledge and skills to make placements but often have a limited understanding of the financial aspects of running a recruitment business.

The ALL-IN-ONE service provided by MAYACHI is aimed at educating and advancing these Directors’ financial knowledge, so that they can effectively use their numbers to understand how their company is performing and use them to achieve their business targets.

Understanding the financial responsibilities of running a recruitment agency often starts before the company is formed so MAYACHI also works with aspiring Directors prior to starting their new business, so that they get the best start possible.

Once the new agency is underway, MAYACHI works with the Directors to understand their company figures and HMRC liabilities and create projections to help achieve the financial targets the directors want to achieve.

MAYACHI LTD offers an ALL-IN-ONE Non-Exec Finance Director Service for Recruitment Agencies. Our integrated service includes delving into the following keystone aspects of every successful Recruitment Agency:

  • Company Formation Advice
  • Financial Reporting Analysis
  • Monthly/Quarterly Board Meetings
  • Invoice Finance Comparison
  • Business Planning & Projections
  • Internal Finance Department Review
  • Agency Sale Preparation

MAYACHI IS the amalgamation of the names of Stewart’s children, Malachi and Maya. Malachi was born around the early part of Stewart’s career journey, whilst Maya was born more recently when Stewart decided to start a new business. Both children are very important to Stewart, and their names join together to signify the values he has in his business and how he wants to help new recruitment agencies with their plans.
